successful delivery of our partner projects.
Job Summary:
As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s marketing
strategies in Ghana and supporting our global marketing initiatives. This position requires a
strategic thinker and a hands-on executor who can balance partner marketing workflows,
execute localized plans, and leverage marketing technology to optimize campaigns. You will
collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver impactful results.

Responsibilities:
● Manage and execute the company’s Ghana Marketing Plan, ensuring alignment with
the company’s broader marketing strategy.
● Work closely with the Ghana Agency of Record (AOR) to implement effective local
marketing campaigns.
● Support public relations initiatives, including crafting press releases, liaising with media
outlets, and managing reputational messaging.
● Oversee and optimize the partner marketing workflow, ensuring seamless collaboration
with external partners and stakeholders.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to support joint marketing
initiatives and maximize ROI.
● Define and implement the company’s marketing technology stack, ensuring tools are
optimized for campaign tracking, automation, and reporting.
● Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly business development funnel reports, providing
actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
● Support the Head of Marketing in reporting on campaign performance and identifying
areas for improvement.

● Skilled at analyzing data to measure campaign performance and identify trends.
● Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork.
● Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
● Understanding of the Ghanaian market and customer behavior is required.
Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
● Minimum 5 years in digital marketing, with experience in fintech or loyalty software
preferred.
● Strong expertise in marketing technologies (e.g., CRM, email marketing, analytics
platforms).
● Proven ability to manage marketing workflows and execute marketing strategies.
● Experience in public relations and collaborating with external agencies is a plus.
