Job Summary

The Creative Digital Officer will be responsible for shaping and managing Duapa Agri’s creative direction — from digital brand presence to product design and packaging. This role blends design thinking, digital marketing strategy, and brand storytelling to drive visibility, engagement, and product appeal across all platforms and markets. You will play a key role in developing marketing campaigns, leading visual identity projects, and conceptualizing new product designs that reflect Duapa Agri’s quality, authenticity, and sustainability values.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote Duapa Agri’s product and brand.
  • Manage the company’s digital presence across social media, website, and other online platforms.
  • Plan and execute digital campaigns for product launches, exhibitions, and export promotions.
  • Manage SEO, SEM, and paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to increase traffic and conversions.
  • Track and analyze marketing data, generate performance reports, and recommend optimizations.
Branding & Content Development
  • Develop branded visual and written content that strengthens Duapa Agri’s identity and storytelling.
  • Maintain a consistent brand tone, look, and feel across all marketing and communication materials.
  • Create promotional assets such as social media visuals, digital brochures, and presentations.
  • Capture and curate photo and video content displaying products, production processes, and farmer impact stories.
Product Design & Packaging
  • Conceptualize and design packaging, labels, and promotional materials for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with production, operations, and export teams to ensure packaging aligns with quality and market requirements.
  • Liaise with printers, branding vendors, and creative partners to produce high-quality materials.
  • Research global trends in packaging, sustainability, and design innovation to inform new product ideas.
Brand Growth & Collaboration
  • Work cross-functionally with the sales and communications teams to align digital campaigns with business objectives.
  • Identify new digital tools, platforms, and trends that can enhance the brand’s visibility and reach.
  • Support marketing presentations, exhibitions, and trade events with branded materials.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast-paced sector.
  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, and other performance tools.
  • Excellent graphic design and content creation skills (experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
