We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to help drive client leads and manage our online presence. You’ll run simple ad campaigns, handle social content, and reach out directly to businesses that need our services.

Job Description/Requirements
- Manage WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn pages — post, reply, and follow up with prospects.
- Run small-budget ads on Facebook/Instagram to promote our website packages.
- Research and contact potential clients (10–15 weekly) via email, WhatsApp, or phone.
- Keep a record of all leads, conversations, and conversions.
- Collect testimonials, photos, and project highlights for social posts.
- Support marketing ideas and campaigns from the founder.
- Marketing/Communication Degree
- Familiar with social media and basic digital marketing.
- Good written communication (English).
- Comfortable reaching out to small business owners.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, or social media management is a plus.
- Takes initiative and makes things happen
- Base: GHS 500/month (depending on hours).
- Commission: 5–10% of project value for each client you help secure.
- Performance bonuses available after 3 months.
Location: Remote / Accra/Kumasi-based (hybrid)
