About the Role We are looking for a Digital Brand & Communications Lead to shape and elevate Ndel Technologies’ online presence. This role is ideal for someone who believes in Africa’s tech potential and wants to contribute their creativity, storytelling, and digital strategy skills to a visionary company.
You will be responsible for

• Building and executing Ndel Technologies’ digital visibility strategy across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms
• Developing and maintaining a consistent brand voice and content calendar for all products
• Managing creative content, storytelling, and announcements about product milestones, partnerships, and team growth
• Monitoring engagement, analyzing reach, and growing our online community
• Working directly with the Founder/CEO and cross-functional teams to align communication with company goals
  

What We’re Looking For

• Passion for technology, startups, and digital storytelling
• Understanding of digital marketing, brand positioning, and social media growth strategies
• Ability to design basic visuals or coordinate creative assets (Canva, Figma, or Adobe experience is a plus)
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
