We are seeking a skilled Design and Printing Machine Operator to join our team in Tema Community 1. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating print-ready designs and operating digital printing machines to produce high-quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate digital and offset printing machines efficiently
• Design marketing and branding materials (e.g., flyers, banners, business cards, stickers)
• Prepare and check print files for accuracy and quality
• Maintain machines and ensure timely completion of print jobs
• Collaborate with clients and the team to understand design requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and print production
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator
• Knowledge of different paper types, sizes, and finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
• Good communication and time management skills
