Fountainhead Christian School is seeking a hardworking, disciplined, and experienced professional to serve as Deputy Estate Manager. The successful candidate will assist in overseeing the maintenance, operations, security, and general management of the school’s facilities and properties.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist in supervising all estate and facility operations
- Oversee maintenance of buildings, classrooms, hostels, and school grounds
- Monitor cleaning, sanitation, and waste management activities
- Supervise artisans, cleaners, gardeners, and maintenance staff
- Ensure electrical, plumbing, and water systems are functioning properly
- Support health and safety compliance across the school
- Coordinate repairs and renovation projects
- Monitor inventory of maintenance tools and supplies
- Prepare routine maintenance reports
- SSSCE or Higher qualification in Estate Management, Facilities Management, Building Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in estate/facility management
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge in maintenance systems and property management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Honest and trustworthy
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Strong supervision skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
