Our client is a rapidly growing industrial startup looking for a
Demand Generation Manager to drive scalable marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a marketer experienced in executing multi-channel campaigns that generate demand, acquire leads, increase product adoption, and expand brand awareness.
Location:
Fully Remote (Work from Home), 9 AM - 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns focused on key industries and use cases to generate leads.
- ABM Execution: Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) tactics, leveraging webinars, email campaigns, and paid media to engage target accounts.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including product marketing, sales, and operations, to align campaign strategies.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute programs to drive lead acquisition and product adoption at scale.
- Multi-Channel Engagement: Design engagement programs tailored to the buyer’s journey across various audience segments.
- Content Development: Support content creation efforts to develop promotional materials and compelling brand stories.
- Agency Partnership: Collaborate with external agencies for campaign asset development and execution.
- Performance Analysis: Measure and report campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies based on performance insights.
- Communication: Maintain clear and frequent communication with stakeholders regarding strategy, goals, and results.
Qualifications
- Experience:
- 3+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- Familiarity with multi-channel marketing strategies, including ABM (nice to have).
- Knowledge of B2B and SaaS metrics; experience with enterprise sales teams is a plus.
- Experience using data insights to optimize marketing funnels and improve lead conversion rates.
- Skills:
- Understanding of marketing channels, including email, ads, and events.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
