Job Summary

The Customer Success Representative will work with the Legal Sales Team and is responsible for handling regular transactional client business, supporting and shadowing Business Development Directors, creating client meetings and closing new business in their own right. The role requires a large degree of co-operation among BDDs and other stakeholders involved in the sales cycle process. Some traveling may eventually be required.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

The following is a non-exhaustive list of responsibilities and areas of ownership for this role:

  • Development of an effective understanding of the Company’s business and services.
  • Promotion of Welocalize’s competitive value and expertise in the life sciences translation industry.
  • Management of key transactional customer accounts, working closely with existing BDD team.
  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities and supporting BDDs with opportunities.
  • Make presentations to senior managers and decision-makers.
  • Draft and deliver proposals, with assistance from the wider Sales Team.
  • Develop and maintain key account plans and reporting that identify opportunities for the company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.
  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.
  • Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a college or university a plus, related experience and/or training required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in sales or sales support environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of the sales cycle.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to build new relationships and maintain current ones.
  • Self-motivated individual with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to take initiative.
  • High energy and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing work environment.
  • Confident.
