Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Success Manager at TGTS Africa. The role is on-site in Accra and requires strong leadership and strategic thinking. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for managing and leading sales efforts , developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and leading key accounts acquisition, and driving business growth. The role will also involve building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Working in Ghana, you will hunt for new clients and increase our businesses footprint by building new relationships with new and existing customers through traditional and digital means.
- Consulting customers on a range of transformation digital products to help improve their processes and gain productivity and time, reduce costs and increase revenue.
- Working closely with OEM Partners you will be required to have a strong capacity to engage.
- Support efforts to building business development capabilities and organization.
- Help implement scalable revenue programs.
- Work effectively in a team environment and generate high impact results.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze market trends and customer data
- Proven experience in account management and sales
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Experience in team management and ability to drive high-performance teams
- Strong sales management skills, including setting targets and monitoring performance
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of business development or Customer Success or technology management experience in enterprise software sales preferred.
- Experience in ERP, Digital Supply Chain, Human Resources, Customer Experience, Data Management, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning
- Experience and interest with challenges and trends of finance departments and translating them into solutions.
- Industry knowledge: Manufacturing, Healthcare, Governance, Education, Retail, Wholesale, Fintech, Transportation
- Interpersonal skills: passion, curiosity, collaborative working style, active listening, empathy, innovative and extra mile mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or Computer Science required from an accredited university.
- Knowledge of SAP solutions, Esri ArcGIS solutions, Juniper Mapping Hardware, Checkpoint cybersecurity solutions, or other related technologies will be an advantage
- Experience in business development and identifying new market opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and competitive environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
