Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Solely responsible for all communicational, operative and administrative tasks related to your customers.

  2. Building trusted relationship and ensure growth of customers 

  3. Ensure smooth service for customers

  4. Understand your client’s business, knowing exactly which of our products can help them evolve their business.

  5. Cross selling of services and products

  6. Successfully find solutions to clients issues and engage other people in our company to achieve better customer satisfaction

  7. Document all communication with clients on our CRM accurately and in a timely manner


Qualification and Requirements:

  1. Understanding of technological products

  2. Advanced computer literacy

  3. 2 years of experience in a similar role

  4. Team player with the ability to build internal relationships at all levels

  5. Excellent communication skills

  6. A degree in business, marketing, management information systems or a related field
