Cake Affairs GH is in search of a young, enterprising, eloquent individual to join it's team as a Customer Service Representative.

  • Minimum Qualification: High School (S.S.C.E)
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

  1. Responding to customer orders, complaints and resolving their challenges.
  2. Place orders on behalf of customers and identify customer needs.
  3. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  4. Upsell company products when the need arises.
  5. Keep records of all conversations with customers.
