Customer Grievance Executive will serve as first point of contact for client inquiries, redress and coordinate response, tracking them until resolution.

Job Description/Requirements

This is a client Services Management Position. The Executive for this position is someone who is relentlessly driven to solve client problems. This position is a hybrid role focused on servicing existing and prospective clients on board


Responsibilities:


1.    Serve as first point of contact for client inquiries, redress and coordinate response, tracking them until resolution

2.    Coordinate with internal product experts to address client needs

3.    Participate in implementing support related tools and processes

4.    Facilitate issue resolution by preparing instructional materials, research reports aimed at overall quality improvements; create, update, and maintain report documentation

5.    Schedule, attend, and participate in periodic and ad hoc client service meetings

6.    Document client requests and requirements for product enhancements

7.    Contribute to team goals in client satisfaction

8.    Build and maintain quality relationships with new and existing clients

9.    Host client relationship/service calls on an as needed basis

1    Assist with other tasks as may be assigned


Other Requirements:


1.    Bachelor’s Degree with a degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

2.    Industry: First Preference Fintech including Wallet companies

3.    Second Preference Banks, Telco

4.    Strong interest in technology and its relationship to financial functions

6.    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

7.    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

8.    Well organized with a strong attention to detail

9.    Professional phone and email etiquette

10.   Ability to build relationships and influence others

11. Must be inquisitive with a strong desire to learn

12.  Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)

13.  Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g. SQL query writing) is a plus
