Job Description/Requirements

  • The Customer Champion role involves providing efficient and friendly service to customers on the forecourt
  • Customer Champions ensure excellent standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and quality of product are maintained. 
  • Customer Champions are expected to competently complete all sales and are accountable for cash control, security and till balancing during their shift.  
  • In addition, they are expected to complete all tasks to the Company and Shell’s stated Health, Safety, Security and Environment policies and guidelines.
