  • Experience Level: Graduate trainee
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Researching required information using available resources.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems.



Requirements: 

  • Candidate must be friendly, smart, problem solving, tactful and meticulous.
  • Candidate must be fluent in English and Twi plus other languages.
  • Candidate must be available and willing to work on shift basis, weekends and holidays when scheduled.
