Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Credit Relationship Officer. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building strong client relationships and assisting clients in accessing credit facilities. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct daily interactions with clients to understand their credit needs.
  • Provide professional advice and guidance on available credit options.
  • Build trust and maintain long-term relationships with clients.


Credit Facilitation:

  • Assist clients in completing the necessary documentation for securing credit facilities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of applications to meet processing deadlines.
  • Follow up on applications and provide clients with updates on the approval process.


Customer Support:

  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Educate clients on the terms and conditions of their credit facilities.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.


Reporting and Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
  • Prepare and submit periodic reports on client activities and credit performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals.


Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of HND/WASSCE certification.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of credit processes and financial services is an advantage (training will be provided).
