We are looking for a dynamic credit officer to join our company. In this role, your duties will include meeting with clients to set up the loan application process, gathering required financial documentation, and approving or denying loan requests based on your financial calculations.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties:
- Sell all company products – savings, loans, investments.
- Exhibit at all times, the company’s core values.
- Ensure that all customers are served promptly.
- Help prospective customers to open accounts whilst ensuring that KYC standards are adhered to.
- Help customers through the documentation for acquiring a loan.
- Ensure the daily monitoring of all loan customers.
- Ensure that comprehensive appraisals are done on all loans.
- Do loan structuring on all recommended loans.
- Ensure that loan repayments are adhered to.
- Ensure that loans do not become past due.
- Monitor mobile bankers’ transactions.
- Help address customer grievances.
- Any other duties that may be assigned by your superiors.
Requirement & Qualification:
- Qualification – HND
- Must reside in Accra
- Must possess a Driver’s license.
- At least one year of experience in credit administration
