About the Company

A garment manufacturing company specializing in the bulk production of uniforms and fashion apparel for schools, agencies, and organizations. The company is entering a restructuring and growth phase and is looking for a Creative Fashion Designer to bring innovation, creativity, and modern design to its production lines.

Role Overview

The Creative Fashion Designer will lead the company’s creative direction - developing new collections, interpreting trends, and collaborating with production teams to deliver high-quality, stylish garments for both local and export markets.

Key Responsibilities

* Research and interpret emerging fashion trends, colours, and materials.

* Design new collections consistent with the brand identity (corporate wear, uniforms, fashion retail, etc.).

* Prepare sketches, mood boards, and digital prototypes using design software.

* Develop detailed tech packs/spec sheets for production.

* Work closely with patternmakers and production teams to ensure quality and feasibility.

Qualifications & Experience

* Bachelor’s degree or HND in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or Textile Design.

* 3–5 years’ experience in fashion or apparel design (portfolio required).

* Experience in garment manufacturing or industrial production is an advantage.

* Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW. (An advantage)

* Strong understanding of garment construction and fabric behavior.
