Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Contact Center Agent located in Accra. The Contact Center Agent will be responsible for providing customer support, maintaining communication with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, utilizing computer literacy skills, and demonstrating strong interpersonal communication.
Qualifications

- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
- Strong Computer Literacy
- Experience in a customer service role is a plus
