The Compliance Support Change Manager will be responsible for managing change initiatives across CX compliance programmes providing oversight on operational launches and changes.

Job Description/Requirements
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of changes
- Design the Change Management Framework
- Be responsible for the end-to-end cycle of changes covering CX Financial Crime Compliance programmes (TMS, Consumer EDD and Screening)
- Complete Impact Assessments of changes, analyzing the change driver, risks, resourcing, technology and training requirements
- Perform gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities
- Present support readiness solutions balancing resourcing, compliance and customer experience needs
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify process revisions as needed
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs, concerns and manage expectations
- Ensure comprehensive change communications and activity monitoring/coordination
- Identify process optimization opportunities to remove roadblocks and drive efficiencies
- Track and document successes, failures and corrective actions via regular reporting
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
- 7+ years of experience in financial crime compliance related roles
- Significant experience in process improvement and/ or change management.
- Proven track record in delivering Regulatory & Compliance projects in complex financial services environments
- Strong knowledge of AML regulatory requirements in the US and Internationally
- Collaborative approach with excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internal and external.
