Job Summary

To provide quality media content that promotes the interventions of INGH, project its image positively in public, assist in the marketing drive of its social enterprise initiation and demonstrate the outcome and impacts of INGH’s activities

Job Description/Requirements

Reports to: Program Manager (PM)BDC


Responsibilities

  • The candidate can collect data, analyse data and write compelling official reports on all organizational interventions and activities for both local and international publics.
  • Work with Program Manager to develop fundraising events to support INGH programs
  • Research potential funding opportunities within and outside Ghana and submit applications/proposals to organizations, individuals, groups, churches and other potential donors who are willing to support programs and projects of INGH.
  • Develop and engage an effective and vibrant social media space for disseminating organization’s interventions and activities.
  • Assist the Program Manager in developing strategically effective social enterprise drives for resource mobilization.
  • Carry out any other tasks and duties as may be assigned by the Program Manager.


Qualification and Requirements

  •  A Bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Communications Studies/Marketing

  •  A minimum of two (2) years
  • Demonstrated excellence in journalistic reporting, editing, interviewing and writing journalistic style stories.
  • Excellent Selling and Customer Centric Skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, team building, presentation, partnering and representational skills. Strong team leadership and management skills. Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite.
