About the Role

The role involves working with a team of seasoned professionals to help businesses drive digital adoptions using AWS cloud and Fortinent Solutions. The qualifying candidate needs to have decent work ethic, be well organized and able to multi-task on several presales and post sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible to take a lead role in developing business proposals, presentations and engage leads to nurture opportunities and partnerships. The role also involves identifying trends and customer needs, building sales pipeline for short/medium/long-term harvests in accordance with targets, assisting in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegating tasks to achieve strategic goals.

Having working experience in B2B selling, marketing, or business development functions especially in technology space will be a plus.

Due to the continuous growth of the business, Digitank Technologies is in need for a Technology Solutions Sales Intern to support the growing business. The suitable candidate would be instrumental in developing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base through effective demand generations, nurturing and relationship management activities.

 

Functions & Responsibilities

·        Identifying new business opportunities

·        Generating leads

·        Qualifying prospects

·        Developing relationships with potential customers

·        Maintaining ongoing account management

·        Facilitate pre-sales engagement like solution pitching, presentations, demos, webinars etc.

·        Help customers find the perfect Technology solutions while creating an amazing customer experience.

 

·        Support deal structure and pricing with business-value analysis and negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.

·        Develop new client relationships through targeted business development campaigns.

·        Work proactively with clients to help them realise more value from the Microsoft solutions and consume more services.

·        Proactively stay current with AWS planned releases and develop adoption and upsell strategies for clients to benefit from new feature releases.

·        Work with the Marketing team to develop campaign activity to prospects.

·        Work closely with Practice consultants and architects to scope customer needs and align same with service offerings.

·        Keep the CRM system up to date with all details of clients, contacts, sales activity, and client feedback.

·        Develop sales forecasts.

·        Reporting to VP Success Outcome.

 

 

What are we looking for:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Ability to engage in B2B sales and negotiation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong account management and solution selling practices.
  • Ability to engage effectively with and influence decision makers and executives.
  • Excellent time management skills.
