Job Summary

In this role, the ultimate goal of a client service executive is to meet client needs ensuring customer satisfaction to enhance profit for the company. You are expected to establish and cultivate Client-Company relationship and ideally work to streamline business operations.

  • Minimum Qualification: HND
  • Experience Level: Executive level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Must work with other Account Managers to create a consistent client message and maintaining accurate records of existing and potential clients.
  • Manage time, projects and sales efficiently and should be detail oriented.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Must be a strategic planner and have a strong understanding of company’s products.
  • Must be versatile in managing Social Media Pages and build online



Qualification:

  • HND or SHS certificate in administration
  • Fluent in the English language.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgements during and after interactions.
