- Must work with other Account Managers to create a consistent client message and maintaining accurate records of existing and potential clients.
- Manage time, projects and sales efficiently and should be detail oriented.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Must be a strategic planner and have a strong understanding of company’s products.
- Must be versatile in managing Social Media Pages and build online
- HND or SHS certificate in administration
- Fluent in the English language.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound judgements during and after interactions.
