Health Matters Eatery (H.M) has introduced a product line called H.M Celebrations. The product delivers customized food baskets to customers in the comfort of their homes in a special way. The Client Service Executive (CSE) will coordinate Customer engagement, packaging and delivery of the Food Baskets.
The CSE will work in close collaboration with various Departments such as Transport, Pastry and Kitchen to ensure that the Basket package is assembled and delivered to customers on time and in the best quality that meets H.M’s quality standards.
Specific duties include:
- Receive Client base information from the Social Media Coordinator.
- Engage the Customers on phone to discuss, finetune and agree on package content and pricing.
- Coordinate with other Departments in the preparation stages of the Basket.
- Check with Stores to identify items that need to be procured.
- Ensure that a company driver and customer service Assistants accompany the Basket for delivery to the Client on time.
- Follow up with Customers on phone to obtain feedback and report to management for service improvement.
Competencies and Skills Required
- Ability to use Microsoft Office packages mainly Excel to compile cost estimates.
- Ability to do simple calculations.
