Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join a hotel, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You’ll be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, maintaining a well-organized kitchen, and upholding commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook meals to the highest standards, following the hotel's recipes and specifications
• Collaborate on menu development, showcasing creativity and seasonal ingredients
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, following all food safety and hygiene protocols
• Manage stock levels and order supplies as needed, minimizing waste
• Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
• Work closely with front-of-house to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain a calm and efficient kitchen environment during busy service periods

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Chef in a hotel or high-volume restaurant setting
• Culinary degree or relevant certifications preferred
• Strong knowledge of kitchen safety, hygiene, and best practices
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
