Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chef at PRESTIGE HOTEL located in Cape Coast. The Chef will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals, overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring food safety standards, and managing kitchen staff. Additionally, the Chef will collaborate with the culinary team to create new dishes and menus.

• Menu Planning and Food Safety knowledge
