- Preparation of a wide range of Chinese dishes.
- Must be able to work under pressure with little or no supervision.
- Responsible for overseeing the production of Chinese cuisine for restaurants and banquets.
- Prepare a wide variety of Chinese menu items, including rice, noodle, soup, vegetable, and meat dishes.
- Make necessary food purchases.
Qualification and Requirements
- Ability to prepare a wide range of Chinese dishes
- Must have a minimum of 3 years working experience as a Chef, where specialization in the cooking of Chinese dishes would be highly preferred
