- Setting up all tables and foodservice areas with chairs, linens, and dishes.
- Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
- Ordering supplies.
- Hiring, training, supervising and motivating permanent and temporary staff.
- Organising staff rotas.
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived
Requirement & Skills
- 3 years catering experience
- Ages: 23-40yrs
- Must speak English and Twi
- Must own a phone with basic app- WhatsApp
- Must be able to cook both local and continental dishes
- Know table set up especially for events
- Time conscious
- Neat and keeps to hygiene
- Hardworking and smart
- Must live with Odorkor and its environs
Salary: 400ghc- 700ghc per month
