Responsibilities:

Objectives of this role

• Providing quality food and services .ie. delivering delicious, fresh and healthy meals to employees
• Enhancing employee’s satisfaction thus boosting morale and productivity through excellent catering services
• Ensuring food safety and hygiene
• Improving employee wellbeing ie. Providing healthy and nutritious food options to support employee’s overall well-being

Responsibilities

• Menu Planning
• Food preparation
• Equipment maintenance
• Compliance with regulations
• Waste management ie managing food waste and disposal responsibly
• Continuous improvement: staying up-to-date with industry trends and improving catering services accordingly

Required skills and qualifications

• Culinary skiils
• Food safety and hygiene
• Time management
• Physical stamina and attendtion to detail
• Teamwork, problem solving person and be creative

 

 

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Minimum qualification must be HND in hospitality management or from professional catering institution
• Having catering experience for minimum 3years
• To be able to work within a specific time frame
• Ability to communicate in more than one language
