Tantra is an animal feed and petfood producer/distributor in Ghana. Company is currently expanding its petfood sales team and is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position.
Role Description
As a Category Sales Manager - PetFood, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans for petfood line. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Accra. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, analyze market trends and insights, identify competitive threats, and develop strategies to drive sales growth. The perfect candidate is someone with previous experience in petfood sales to pet shops, veterinary clinics, pet breeders, and department stores with pet food sections.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in sales, marketing or related field
- Strong knowledge of the petfood industry and sales channels
- Possess strong interpersonal skills and sales techniques
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
