Job Summary
We are a growing wholesale and retail shop in Madina Market undergoing modernization. We’re looking for a reliable, tech-comfortable cashier who can deliver friendly customer service while using a point of sale (POS) system. Ideal candidates live near Madina Market and can handle a busy wholesale/retail environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate the POS system to process sales, scan items, and issue receipts.
- Reconcile cash and POS reports daily.
- Bag items and assist customers during rush hours.
- Maintain a clean counter and assist with light restocking.
- Follow daily shop routines for sales reporting and cash handovers.
- Ensure accuracy, honesty, and punctuality at all times.
Requirements:
- Punctual, dependable, and professional in communication.
- Comfortable with using tablets and POS software (training provided).
- Friendly and confident with customers.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math.
- Must live near or be able to commute easily to Madina Market.
- Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage.
Compensation:
- Base salary: GHS 1,200
- Weekly GHS 50 performance bonus (based on punctuality, reliability, and accuracy).
- Training provided on modern retail systems and operations
Location: Madina Market, Accra
Type: Full-time, on-site
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00am–6:00pm
