  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls;  verifying information
  • Communicating with Guards and Customers using the VHF radio
  • Standby for Emergency Security guarding
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
  • Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
  • Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures


Qualification and Requirements

  • A minimum of an SHS is required
  • At least 1-3 years work experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Applicants must be willing to work during night shift from 6pm to 6am
  • Must possess good interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to type 30 words within a minute
