Job Description

  • Build processes that meet our business objectives and ensure compliance
  • Monitor financial data and recommend solutions that will improve profitability
  • Coordinate with the HR department to ensure our hiring plans meet our business needs
  • Take into account the needs of external and internal stakeholders and incorporate them into new strategic plans
  • Develop improved business functionality that increases profit
  • Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
  • Strategically map-out, plan and manage projects
  • Analyze and maintain operational data
  • Communicate with management teams to confirm the execution of company processes
  • Train staff in policies and procedures and supervise daily work
  • Contribute to the innovation of new products and services
  • Implement improved operational measures and policies that promote efficiency and improve productivity
  • Set out operational strategies, procedures and KPI
