Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Head at BlueCrest University College. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing and managing the education vertical, developing strategies for growth and sustainability, managing budgets, and ensuring academic excellence. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to enhance the educational experience.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a strong background in education management, business development, strategic leadership, and market intelligence to drive organizational success and achieve growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within the education sector, with a track record of success in business development, sales and marketing, strategic planning, and operational management. Experience in the education sector IS MUST
• Leadership, Strategic Planning, and Management skills
• Financial acumen and budget management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead a diverse team
