Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Job Description/Requirements

Duties Of Business Development Manager:

 Must be able to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans in: Renewable energy, MEP/ELV solutions and cloud technology.

 Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.

 Manage all business development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations in these countries.

 Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.

 Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.


Required Skills & Experience Of Business Development Manager:

 Must be resident in Ghana.

 Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.

 Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience in the solutions we offer with verifiable client pipeline on the solutions we offer.

 Computer proficiency required, creating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Software Programs (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in particular).

 Excellent oral & writing skills.

 Self-motivated individual that demonstrates a sense of ownership with a high level of commitment and the ability to thrive under pressure.


Payment Structure (Fixed Pay & Commission Basis): 

  Fixed pay ranges between 2,000 to 3,000 Ghana Cedis monthly. (Do note that this is dependent on both the candidates’ level of experience, quality of his/her pipeline and past sales conversion level).

  Productivity bonus of 5% (Net profit) on income generated by the team.
