Job Summary
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.

Job Description/Requirements
Duties Of Business Development Manager:
Must be able to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans in: Renewable energy, MEP/ELV solutions and cloud technology.
Manage all customer communication and maintain effective relationship with all.
Manage all business development process and ensure compliance to government policies and regulations in these countries.
Monitor effective implementation of international business development activities.
Evaluate market trends and provide appropriate support to product development.
Required Skills & Experience Of Business Development Manager:
Must be resident in Ghana.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years’ related work experience in the solutions we offer with verifiable client pipeline on the solutions we offer.
Computer proficiency required, creating spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Software Programs (Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint in particular).
Excellent oral & writing skills.
Self-motivated individual that demonstrates a sense of ownership with a high level of commitment and the ability to thrive under pressure.
Payment Structure (Fixed Pay & Commission Basis):
Fixed pay ranges between 2,000 to 3,000 Ghana Cedis monthly. (Do note that this is dependent on both the candidates’ level of experience, quality of his/her pipeline and past sales conversion level).
Productivity bonus of 5% (Net profit) on income generated by the team.
