Job Summary
Powersoft System is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Lead to join our growing team! If you’re a confident communicator with at least 3 years of sales or business development experience, and you’re passionate about building relationships and closing deals, we want to hear from you! You don’t need prior knowledge of our software, we’ll provide full product training. What we need is someone who can take initiative, lead a small team, and push our sales strategy forward.

Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Proactively reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Manage sales pipeline and reporting using CRM tools.
- Oversee proposals, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the Operations Manager.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relations.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Confident, organized, and self-driven.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Eager to learn about business software solutions.

Compensation: Base Salary + Attractive Sales Commission
