Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new market opportunities
  • Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients
  • Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long- term business development plans  
  • Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes
  • Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant
  • Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients
  • Ensure follow up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc.



Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or any relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing of general insurance and health insurance products
  • Experience in the sales/marketing of systems or software is an added advantage
  • Experience in project management
  • Great networking skills
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Excellent leadership skills, written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients
  • Knowledge of productivity tools and software
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Ability to travel and attend sales events or exhibits
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • High level of integrity and work ethic
