This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive Team Manager/Lead at InfoView Data Solutions. The role will involve tasks such as new business development, lead generation, client communication, account management, and overseeing business operations. While the role is based in Accra, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- New business development (sales) and lead generation skills
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Proven experience motivating and managing a team of business development staff
- Ability to drive sales and deals through effective strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Business development experience in the financial, insurance, or B2B sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field
