A growing chain of primary healthcare clinics in Ghana is seeking an experienced and resourceful Business Development Executive to develop and implement growth opportunities, to increase the company’s subscriber base, develop business opportunities and maintain existing relationships. The successful candidate must have the ability to work under pressure, great interpersonal and negotiating skills.

Responsibilities

• Increase and sustain subscribers for the Clinic
• Design business development strategy
• Develop business relationship with other organizations
• Manage the sales team
• Submit periodic report
• Liaise with our stakeholder sales and marketing team to come out with ideas that will be in the best interest of Fastcare Clinics Limited
• Perform any other duty to be assigned.

Qualification and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder (Marketing, Business Development or related fields of study )
• Must be computer literate
• Ability to speak multiple Ghanaian languages including English
• 2 years’ experience with a Micro-Finance/Insurance Company or related experience
