Who we are:
We are an integrated agriculture startup company working with smallholder farmers to increase
their productivity and income by providing them with high quality inputs, training and access to the market. Also digitising the value chain to sustainably contribute to improving livelihoods. In addition, managing one of the largest maize farms in Ghana.
The Executive will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance and maintain the corporate image and a positive business brand at all times, which involves the creation of strategic business development plans for identified opportunities in line with the corporate strategic plan.
The successful candidate will be required to:
Serve as the Head of the Business Development and Sales Department of the Company helping to drive marketing and sales with agreed targets.
Create strategic business development plans for identified opportunities in line with the corporate strategic plan.
Conduct market research and acquire market intelligence to identify new opportunities with Premium Buyers.
Develop and execute sustainable customer retention strategies and ensure highly effective and efficient customer service delivery at all times.
Forge strategic partnerships with associations and organisations working (both directly and indirectly) with smallholder farmers to scale up agreed corporate targets.
Acquire strategic suppliers with input providers that would help in decreasing the costs of inputs and operations.
Forge relationships with Governments and Agencies that would facilitate business (i.e. MOFA, customs, etc)
Develop and implement strategies to enhance and maintain the corporate image and a positive brand at all times.
Liaise between the Company and the media in carrying out activities to the media for business advantage.
A minimum of 5 years working experience as Business Development and Sales Manager or other Business Development Executive
Share a startup company mindset, self-starter and very comfortable with getting things up and running from scratch.

Must be able to multitask and work well under pressure with little or no supervision.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Experience in the agricultural & food industry will be an added advantage
A minimum of Bachelors’ degree in any related field
