Job Description/Requirements


Our business developper is responsible for Lyvv Cosmetics’s growth strategy by identifying and securing new business opportunities, forming partnerships, and expanding market presence. Key duties include developing and executing sales plans, conducting market research on emerging trends, cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve aggressive sales targets. This role often requires a strong understanding of the beauty market, exceptional communication and negotiation skills, and a results-driven mindset.


Core responsibilities

Strategic planning: Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to identify and pursue new revenue streams.

Market analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand emerging trends, identify competitors, and spot new opportunities.

Sales and revenue generation: Drive new customer acquisition, manage sales pipelines, and work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Partnerships: Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with suppliers, retailers, or other brands.

Lead generation and conversion: Respond to inbound leads, use a "hunter" approach to find new opportunities, and convert prospects into new accounts.

Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, R&D, account management) to ensure customer satisfaction and business unit success.network and generate leads.


Required skills and qualifications

Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally within the beauty, cosmetic, or personal care industries.

Market knowledge: Deep understanding of the beauty industry, including its market dynamics and key players.

Communication and negotiation: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strategic and analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, develop strategic plans, and contribute to sales forecasting.

Relationship building: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Results-driven: A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a competitive, growth-oriented mindset.
