Branch Manager, Internal Audit, Office Clerks

Roles:

Branch Managers

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial sector.

Branch Operations Officer

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in branch operations or a similar role.

Internal Auditor

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Auditing with a professional certification (e.g., CIA, ACCA). Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in auditing, preferably within the banking sector.

Office Clerks

• Qualifications: Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. At least 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.

Microfinance Field Officer and Credit Officer

• Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Diploma in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in microfinance, credit management, or a similar role.

Mobile Bankers/Susu Collectors

• Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in sales, customer service, or banking is preferred.

Preferred Locations: Candidates residing in Amasaman, Pokuase, and Sarpeiman are particularly encouraged to apply.
