Niel Marketing is a marketing agency that develops and executes disruptive strategies for brands and

organizations globally. We have an opening for a Sales Manager to join us.


Job Description

Sales Manager is tasked with the responsibility of business growth, specifically

revenue growth and exploring diverse channels and opportunities to increase revenues and

partnerships. This can be done through the closing new of clients, upselling, cross-selling and

introducing new products and services to achieve this deliverable.

The candidate MUST have

1.Experience in media sales (marketing agency sales is a plus)

2. A background in end-to-end B2B sales(prospecting, cold calling/meetings, presentation, follow up, closing deals)

Role:

● Meeting with potential clients to bring in new deals and meet quarterly revenue plans

● In charge of meeting the strategic goals of the organization including revenue and client

satisfaction

● Growing the pipelines of the organization and ensuring the organization is on its way to

meeting annual revenue targets

● Driving business growth within a company.

● Developing a network of contacts to attract new clients

● Research new market opportunities, oversee growth projects, make sales projections

and forecast revenue, in line with projected income.

● Exploring new revenue-generating opportunities

● Managing the sales team to meet KPIs and business objectives

● Coordinating with social media team to increase visibility and awareness

● Exploring events that have our target market and getting a stand/booth for more

advertisement and converting leads


Requirements:

● Strong background in a B2B sales/business development etc

● Experience with a media agency or related to marketing

● Active, proactive, and requires little or no supervision

● Take initiative and makes decisions to grow the business

● Good communicator and networker

● Experience in media sales is a huge advantage

● Experience in cold calling, presentation, negotiation and sales

● Experience in managing a team/projects

● Bachelor's Degree

● Understanding social media dynamics

● Multitasking skills

● Exceptional achievements in previous roles
