Job Description

Eskay Therapeutics Ltd - A fast growing Pharmaceutical Company, with HO at Accra (Ghana) and branches at all major cities of Ghana and with well patronized quality products; is looking for experienced, enthusiastic and performance driven individual to fill the position of an Assistant to HR and Admin


Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver various HR trainings (open enrollment, performance evaluations, HR best practices, etc.)
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Create HR SOP and internal control SOPs
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Responsible for recommending policies and programs in areas of Human Resources such as benefits, compensation, employee relations, recruiting etc
  • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in the efficiency of department and services performed.
  • Coordinate employee development plans and performance management.
  • Facilitate scheduled performance review process, providing guidance, tools, and training for managers and employees
  • Organize and coordinate recruiting process (create ads, manage on-line postings, schedule interviews, administer assessments, Assess potential candidates for fit within position (skills, education, competency, culture alignment), extend offers, prepare new hire paperwork)
  • Conduct reference checks and issuing employment contracts
  • Organize and implement the onboarding process for new hires (conduct orientation, present and explain benefit offerings, and provide employees with a welcoming and inclusive experience)
  • Ensure loans, IOUs are monitored and paid
