- Assisting the manager to manage the local team and increasing work efficiency.
- Guiding the team to achieve the sales target and market goals.
- Making marketing developing plan and strategy according to the whole situation and plan of the company.
- Doing the marketing survey, analysis and forecasting the trend of the market.
- Managing and analyzing the daily works, making the plan and taking it into action.
- Always knowing the changes of the market and being ready for finding and developing new customers, widening the sales channel, enlarging the market share of our products.
- Analyzing the situation of market carefully and actively and providing solutions or suggestion to the manager.
- Building good image and reputation of the company.
- Handling customers’ complaints and satisfying the customers and giving feedback when they are not clear about the company policy or any question about our company and business.
- Keeping close communication with the manager and reporting the work output regularly.
- Making training plan for the whole sales team, making up the training material and taking it into action.
