Assistant Camp Boss (offshore)

A well established company is currently recruiting for an Assistant Camp Boss (Offshore) in Ghana

Assist the Camp Boss in the general management of the services at the Site

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management/ Catering Management or over 3 years experience in camp/ hotel management.
• Trained in Food Hygiene, first aid at work, Health abs safety in the workplace.
• Valid Offshore certificates.
• Offshore experience is a mandatory requirement for the role.
• Communication skills generate reports and training materials, and good verbal communication skills to delegate tasks to other crew members.
• Three (3) years experience in the field.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills..
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Camp Boss in the general management of the services at the Site
• Coordinate and supervise staff to cook meals on the agreed menu
• Control and manage all catering and cleaning stocks on board.
• Adherence to all EHS Standards.
