Bread Sales Area Manager

Job Summary

To expand the distribution, monitor and supervise sales.

  • Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

  • Develop sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed, weekly, monthly and the annual sales objectives.
  • Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources.
  • Direct and implement sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives nationwide.
  • Manage Sales team to cover the assigned territory in achieving sales and process targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales.
  • Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company’s products and services to achieve or exceed the sales targets.
  • Establish and ensure that all sales administration procedures are properly implemented to support the sales team in their efforts to accomplish the sales targets.
  • Liaise with marketing to develop and implement promotion and merchandising in all distribution channels.
  • Effective communication of competitors activity in liaison with sales team and market
  • Dividing the sales target in general trade, modern trade and institution and achieving the executive wise and over all target.
  • Regular visit to distributors, institutions and market.
  • Reporting on daily basis to reporting authority
  • Explore all possible location where from sales can come.

  • Maintains contact with other Departments like Accounts.

Qualifications.

  •  A Minimum Degree or Master's in Marketing or Business Administration on the related field are a must.
  •  Minimum 3 - 5 years of sales experience including demonstrated track record of field sales.
  •  Demonstrate competencies in business development, negotiation, sales, or marketing experience.
  •  Excellent oral & written communication skills.
  •  MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and other necessary computer tools proficiency is a must.
  •  Must possess excellent salesman skills.
