Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, refrigeration units, and related equipment.
- Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance of HVAC systems.
- Diagnose faults, identify defective components, and perform repairs or replacements.
- Ensure refrigerant recovery, recycling, and disposal are done in compliance with environmental standards.
- Maintain accurate service and maintenance records.
- Respond promptly to service calls and attend to client sites as scheduled.
- Assist in the estimation of materials and parts required for repair or installation works.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and supervisors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Provide feedback on recurring issues and suggest technical improvements.
Requirements:
- Should have minimum HND certificate.
- 3 years+ working experience as an Air Condition Technician.
Location: Tema
Salary Range: 2,400-3,000 cedis (negotiable)
