Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Beverage Preparation:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, cocktails, and soft drinks.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
- Take and process customer orders efficiently.
- Engage with customers, making recommendations and answering inquiries.
Cleanliness and Organization:
- Keep the bar or coffee station clean and well-organized.
- Monitor and restock inventory as needed.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
Cash Handling:
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change.
- Process payments using POS systems.
Barista Skills:
- For coffee-focused roles, demonstrate proficiency in espresso preparation, latte art, and coffee brewing techniques.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
- Knowledge of beverage recipes and preparation methods.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
