Job Summary

The successful candidate will perform a variety of professional level administrative duties. Duties of the Administrator include providing support to our administrative and technical team, assisting in daily office needs, and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing minutes of meetings and matters arising there from and dealing with specific correspondence and documentation as and when required.
  • Manage Office expenses including Petty cash, entering of financial transactions into Tally Accounting Software and assisting with financial audit.
  • Manage filing of documents and records including office correspondence etc.
  • Monitor and maintain Office Supplies and Assets and ensuring the safety and security of office properties and documents
  • Consulting, researching, negotiating and monitoring contracts and agreements with clients, suppliers, service providers and others
  • Creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations
  • Manage stakeholder requirements including filing of returns to RGD, GRA, SSNIT, etc, and the Preparation of staff payroll and payments.
  • Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
  • Ensure strict adherence to DML policies and procedures etc.
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly/annual budgets.
  • Assist with managing the website and social media pages of the company


Qualification & Requirement:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Administration/Marketing/Accounting etc or related field.
  • At least 3 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong verbal and written proficiency, including professional proofreading, editing, and presentation capability.
  • Proficiency in Tally Accounting Software.
  • Knowledge of Petroleum local content requirement is a plus
  • Ability to prioritize and manage many tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently guided by policies and procedures.
  • Strong Research and strategic analysis skills
  • Microsoft Office Package Proficiency (Word, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must reside within Greater Tema metropolis/Afienya/Ashaiman/Dawenya etc.
