Job Description:
- Assist the human resource manager in the execution of her duties
- In charge of secretaryship duties
- Responsible for the restocking of office logistics, and proper filing systems
- Responsible for retrieving waybills, invoices and other documents and ensuring proper filing
- Take minutes at management meetings
- Keep an itinerary of the Managing Director's daily schedules and prompt him where necessary
- Print the Managing Director's emails and present them on his desk each morning
- Handle all office communications professionally
- Handle all projects and tender documents with care and professionally release them as and when necessary for operational purposes
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND in Bilingual Office Management/ Degree in Office Management or its equivalent
- Minimum 3 years experience
- Would prefer Candidates living in and around Ashaley Botwey, East Legon, Madina and other closer environs.
Location: Ashaley Botwey, Accra
